The Gravitas Outdoor Leadership & Development Foundation (The GOLD Foundation) is deeply committed to making a positive impact on our community. Through our programs, we aim to empower young men, foster a sense of civic responsibility, and cultivate the next generation of leaders.

To create an impact extends beyond the individual participants in our programs. By equipping young people with leadership skills, confidence, and a commitment to service, we are helping to shape future community leaders who can drive positive change. Jacob Tibi

Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Sustainability and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, Jacob combines academic excellence with practical expertise. An avid camper, fisherman, hunter, overlander, and aspiring bushcrafter, he is passionate about nature and its ability to teach resilience, accountability, integrity, and the value of selfless service. Jacob intends to lead with gravitas and make a positive impact in their communities.

Growing up in scouting and achieving the rank of Eagle Scout, Jacob embodies the spirit of adventure and responsibility. An all-around outdoorsman and moto-overlander, he is passionate about teaching, leading, and instilling a sense of resilience and accountability into the next generation of young men in the Prescott community. Jacob's commitment to mentorship and leadership development drives the foundation's mission to empower individuals to lead with gravitas and make a positive impact.
